About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Production Worker (m/f/x) to join us on our mission to bring fully recyclable carbon fiber components into series production. You will work directly on our robotic manufacturing line, turning innovative composite technologies into real, high-quality products every day.

What you will do

Operate stations of our robotic production line to manufacture composite components in serial production.
Carry out composite handling tasks such as layup assistance, demolding, trimming, and surface preparation where required.
Follow established work instructions and production procedures to ensure repeatable, high-quality output.
Perform visual inspections and quality checks to verify that each component meets our standards.
Support basic setup, calibration, and routine maintenance activities to keep equipment running smoothly.
Collaborate closely with engineers and automation experts to ensure uninterrupted daily operation.
Identify and communicate improvements that make production safer, more efficient, or more reliable.
Work with modern tools and equipment in a clean, automated, high-tech production environment.

What we are looking for

You have completed a vocational training program in manufacturing, process technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
You have worked with composite materials before (e.g., laminating, trimming, layup, demolding) or with similar material systems such as wood or fiberglass.
You enjoy hands-on work and take pride in doing things carefully and consistently.
You’re reliable, proactive, and like working in a structured, step-by-step way.
You’re a team player and enjoy working together to make things better, one process at a time.
You have a self-driven work attitude and the stamina to see things through.
You feel comfortable communicating in English in an international work environment.
PLUS: You’re curious about automation and enjoy working with modern production technologies; PLCs and robotics aren’t unfamiliar terms to you.
PLUS: You’ve completed additional technical training (e.g., technician or master craftsperson).

Wir suchen Produktionstechnologen/-technologinnen (m/w/d), die uns auf unserer Mission unterstützen, Leichtbaukomponenten nicht nur robotisch, sondern auch nachhaltig zu fertigen. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du direkt an unserer modernen Produktionsanlage und stellst hochwertige Composite-Komponenten für die Serienfertigung her. What you will do

Bedienung verschiedener Stationen unserer robotischen Fertigungslinie zur Herstellung von Composite-Bauteilen.
Unterstützung bei typischen Arbeiten in der Faserverbundfertigung wie Laminieren, Entformen, Zuschneiden und Oberflächenvorbereitung.
Einhaltung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessvorgaben für eine stabile und reproduzierbare Qualität.
Durchführung von Sicht- und Qualitätsprüfungen an gefertigten Bauteilen.
Mitwirkung bei einfachen Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Werkzeugen.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produktions-, Entwicklungs- und Automatisierungsteams.
Einbringen von Verbesserungen zur Erhöhung von Sicherheit, Effizienz und Prozessstabilität.
Arbeiten in einer sauberen, modernen und automatisierten Produktionsumgebung.

What we are looking for

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich (z. B. Produktionstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik o. Ä.).
Erfahrung mit Faserverbundwerkstoffen (z. B. Laminieren, Entformen, Zuschneiden) oder vergleichbaren Materialien wie Holz von Vorteil.
Handwerkliches Geschick, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
Zuverlässige, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
Freude an Teamarbeit und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Abläufen.
Bereitschaft, in einem internationalen Umfeld auf Englisch zu kommunizieren.
Plus: Interesse an Automatisierungstechnik; Grundbegriffe zu SPS oder Robotik sind dir vertraut.
