About the role
We are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/x) to support our production team in composite manufacturing, taking part in tasks such as post-processing, finishing, and quality checks of composite components. Are you excited to work hands-on with high-performance materials? Do you enjoy combining precise manual work with modern production technologies in a young, fast-growing deep-tech company? Do you want your work to contribute directly to solving the climate crisis and redefining what’s possible in lightweight manufacturing? Then you will love Holy.
What we are looking for
- You are currently enrolled in a technical or engineering degree and want to gain hands-on experience in sustainable composite manufacturing.
- You enjoy practical work and are precise and reliable when it comes to finishing tasks.
- You are curious about new materials, production methods, and how automation and postprocessing connect in modern manufacturing.
- You are a team player who likes to collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve processes step by step.
- You already have some experience with composites (e.g. from university labs, projects, or internships).
- You are available for around 20 hours per week during the semester.
- You are comfortable communicating in English in an international work environment.
You do not tick all the boxes? We are looking for driven candidates who most importantly add to our culture, and don’t just blend in. Feel free to submit an Unsolicited Application if you believe you are a fit.
About us
Holy Technologies develops a highly scalable autonomous production system designed to revolutionize composite manufacturing.
We work with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers across various industries, including orthopedics, sports equipment, automotive, aerospace, and wind energy. Our automation solution enhances component weight, stiffness and recyclability while offering competitive costs comparable to Asian manufacturers, providing a sovereign and reliable manufacturing alternative within Europe.
Lightweighting is one of the key focus areas in manufacturing to date. Lightweight manufacturing contributes 7.8% to total tax revenue and around 1.3 million jobs in Germany alone. Our technology addresses 80% of components in the multi-billion-dollar composite market and is adaptable across various composite materials. It also enables the replacement of an increasing number of metal components with composites, expanding the possibilities for manufacturers.
