About the role

We are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/x) to support our production team in composite manufacturing, taking part in tasks such as post-processing, finishing, and quality checks of composite components. What you will do

Be part of our engineering and production team and help bring fully recyclable carbon fiber components from prototype to finished part.
Take responsibility for steps in the production process such as post-processing and surface finishing, while also helping to refine how we do them.
Carry out visual checks and quality control tasks to ensure every component meets our standards before delivery.
Support the setup and improvement of production equipment and jigs to keep our workflow safe, efficient and reliable.
Work closely with engineers and technicians to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in finishing, inspection and production processes.
Use modern tools and equipment in a clean high-tech workspace designed for automation and scale.
Gain experience with robotics, automation and sustainable composites and learn how industrial production and product development connect in a fast-growing startup environment.

What we are looking for

You are currently enrolled in a technical or engineering degree and want to gain hands-on experience in sustainable composite manufacturing.
You enjoy practical work and are precise and reliable when it comes to finishing tasks.
You are curious about new materials, production methods, and how automation and postprocessing connect in modern manufacturing.
You are a team player who likes to collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve processes step by step.
You already have some experience with composites (e.g. from university labs, projects, or internships).
You are available for around 20 hours per week during the semester.
You are comfortable communicating in English in an international work environment.
