About the role

We are looking for a Tooling & Mold Manufacturing Specialist (m/f/x) to build and operate the tooling capabilities that power our next-generation composite production system. In this role, you will manufacture high-precision tools and molds, combining CNC machining with advanced additive manufacturing methods to bring our proprietary processes to life.

What you will do

Build and shape Holy’s internal tooling and mold manufacturing capability, laying the foundation for a dedicated in-house department.
Receive and refine CAD models together with our internal design team and translate them into manufacturable tools, fixtures, and mold components.
Manufacture tools and molds for our proprietary process, including aluminum/steel tooling elements, 3D printed parts and their assembly to functional toolsets.
Plan manufacturing steps and operate our CNC equipment, 3D printers and other machines to ensure precise, high-quality execution across all tooling and mold builds.
Perform quality checks on finished tools and molds to ensure alignment with dimensional and functional requirements.
Collaborate closely with development and production teams to refine designs, improve manufacturability, and streamline workflows.
Contribute to establishing best practices, documentation, and workshop organization as the tooling function grows.

What we are looking for

You have completed an apprenticeship as a “Werkzeugmechaniker/-in”, Toolmaker, Mold Maker, or have 2+ years of experience in tooling or mold manufacturing (e.g., injection molding, stamping, forming, composite molds) or in a similar field.
You have practical experience operating CNC machines and working with precision tooling.
You bring experience in mold manufacturing and enjoy building high-quality tooling components.
You have a strong interest in 3D printing or previous exposure to additive manufacturing.
You enjoy hands-on, detail-oriented work and take pride in producing accurate, reliable tools and molds.
You work proactively and in a structured, step-by-step manner.
You’re curious about automation and modern manufacturing technologies.
You collaborate well with designers, developers, and production teams.
You feel comfortable communicating in English in an international work environment.
PLUS: Experience with composite tooling (not required).
PLUS: Experience with CAM software or 3D modeling tools.
PLUS: Experience with 3D printing technologies.

About the role

Für den Aufbau und Betrieb unseres internen Werkzeug- und Formenbaus suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachkraft (m/w/d), die hochwertige Werkzeuge und Formen für unsere automatisierte Composite-Produktion herstellt. In dieser Rolle kombinierst du klassische Fertigungsverfahren wie CNC-Bearbeitung mit modernen additiven Herstellungsverfahren und leistest einen zentralen Beitrag zum Aufbau unserer Serienproduktion.

What you will do

Fertigung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Werkzeugen, Formen und Vorrichtungen für unsere Composite-Prozesse.
Übernahme von CAD-Daten aus dem Engineering und Umsetzung in fertigungsgerechte Werkzeug- und Formenkonstruktionen.
Bedienung und Einrichtung unserer CNC-Maschinen, 3D-Drucker und weiterer Fertigungsanlagen.
Herstellung von Werkzeugkomponenten aus Aluminium, Stahl sowie additiv gefertigten Bauteilen inklusive Montage zu vollständigen Werkzeugsystemen.
Planung von Bearbeitungsschritten und Auswahl geeigneter Fertigungsverfahren.
Qualitätsprüfung an gefertigten Werkzeugen und Formen.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion und Automatisierung zur Verbesserung von Standzeiten und Prozessabläufen.
Mitwirkung beim Aufbau von Werkstattstandards, Dokumentation und effizienter Organisationsstrukturen im Werkzeugbau.

What we are looking for

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker/in, Feinwerkmechaniker/in, Formenbauer/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Alternativ: mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Werkzeug- oder Formenbau (z. B. Spritzguss, Stanz-/Umformtechnik, Composite-Formen).
Sicherer Umgang mit CNC-Bearbeitung.
Erfahrung im Formenbau und in der Herstellung präziser Werkzeugkomponenten.
Interesse an additiven Fertigungsverfahren und modernen Fertigungstechnologien.
Hoher Qualitätsanspruch, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Freude an praktischer Arbeit, Genauigkeit und Problemlösung.
Teamfähige und proaktive Arbeitsweise; gute Kommunikation mit Entwicklung und Produktion.
Bereitschaft zur Kommunikation in Englisch im internationalen Umfeld.
Plus: Erfahrung im Composite-Werkzeugbau.
