Holy is a hybrid company
. It would be great if you can join us at our HQ in Hamburg. For specific positions, we are also hiring fully remotely within +/- 2h of the Hamburg HQ timezone (CEST/GMT+2). To promote our team culture and to spend some quality time together, we organize frequent offsites to meet, work, and most importantly have fun together.

Holy Technologies develops a highly scalable autonomous production system designed to revolutionize composite manufacturing.
We work with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers across various industries, including orthopedics, sports equipment, automotive, aerospace, and wind energy. Our automation solution enhances component weight, stiffness and recyclability while offering competitive costs comparable to Asian manufacturers, providing a sovereign and reliable manufacturing alternative within Europe.
Lightweighting is one of the key focus areas in manufacturing to date. Lightweight manufacturing contributes 7.8% to total tax revenue and around 1.3 million jobs in Germany alone. Our technology addresses 80% of components in the multi-billion-dollar composite market and is adaptable across various composite materials. It also enables the replacement of an increasing number of metal components with composites, expanding the possibilities for manufacturers.
