About the role
We are looking for a Composite Development Engineer (m/f/x) to join us on our mission to make lightweight components fit for the 21st century. You’ll work at the intersection of materials, automation, and robotics to help scale composite manufacturing processes of tomorrow.
Are you excited to take ownership of complex manufacturing challenges and move fast from prototype to production? Do you want to work hands-on with fiber placement, robotic systems, and automation workflows — not just design them on paper? Do you thrive in fast-paced teams where tight feedback loops, real-world impact, and constant iteration are the norm? Are you looking to push boundaries in an execution-driven environment where your decisions matter? Then you will love Holy.
What we are looking for
- You hold a Master's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- You like collaborating with others to develop our product and solve challenging problems.
- You have an autonomous working attitude and an urge to create with your own hands.
- You enjoy thinking holistically about systems, but also like to zoom in on technical details.
- You are fascinated by next-generation composite solutions and new material systems.
- You have experience working with composites and basic skills in CAD design.
You have experience working with infusion, injection or hand layup and developing new manufacturing processes.
- You have experience working with or are curious to learn about closed mould design for RTM.
- You like to explore new solution approaches and appreciate an agile, fast-moving environment.
You do not tick all the boxes? We are looking for driven candidates who most importantly add to our culture, and don’t just blend in. Feel free to submit an Unsolicited Application if you believe you are a fit.
About us
Holy Technologies pioneers autonomous composite manufacturing to help manufacturers build radically better lightweight components.
We are a European contract manufacturer specialized in ultralight load-bearing composite parts for automotive, aerospace, robotics and industrial manufacturing. Our proprietary Infinite Fiber Placement (IFP) technology enables cost-competitive production at mid-to-high volumes, delivering aramid and carbon fiber components that are fast to produce, scalable, and fully recyclable.
IFP places continuous dry fibers along load-optimized trajectories calculated by proprietary software. This process delivers parts at minimum weight with enhanced mechanical performance.
From prototypes to series production, we help teams move from CAD to finished parts in weeks instead of months, allowing our customers to innovate faster and stay ahead of competition.
